Mimics 14
Mimics (Materialise, Plymouth, MI), is a particularly versatile medical image processing package. It is used to assemble two-dimensional images acquired from imaging techniques (MRI, CT, etc.) into three-dimensional models. It can import a wide-variety of file formats, and also includes powerful, user-friendly imaging techniques. Mimics is an integral part of computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) for the field of biomedical engineering.
