Gradireland is a new website managed by the Association of Graduate Careers Services in Ireland (AGCSI), of which the UL Careers Service is a member. The website is targeted at students and graduates, employers, academics and careers advisers. The student section of the website aims to support students and graduates with career planning. It covers the following areas:

• Vacancy Board with live information on graduate jobs in Ireland;
• Sources of career and employer information;
• What employers look for in graduates;
• How to develop a job search strategy, make effective applications and be successful at interview;
• Where to find information on further study.
