Introduction
We offer you through participation in the programme an opportunity to identify an intelligent, highly-motivated employee willing to learn and perform a range of functions. In addition to being a cost-effective method of meeting immediate human resource needs. Participation in this programme is considered by many to be the most effective means of identifying and evaluating potential graduate employees. Furthermore, participation in such initiatives ensures that the profile of employers is raised considerably among the student population.
The CECD supports employers in meeting their manpower needs by introducing them to the Service and by providing them with opportunities to meet both immediate and long-term human resource needs.
