In this exercise two fifteen minute case study presentations will be made. The expert groups will then probe the presenters for details for success factors and weaknesses. The audience will join in at the end.

In this exercise small groups of five people exchange information about the opportunities and barriers that exist to the creation of a Learning Region in their own country. Each person should develop a list of five key actions to be taken and identify how these may be progressed.

The PENR3L network has been established and running for 10 years. Each group produces a poster containing highlights from the PASCAL Europe newsletter of 2018 within their respective categories. Three to four stories each from various corners of Europe
