Access Agresso Expense & Reports System

NOTE: If you are accessing Agresso from outside the UL network you must first setup your PC to allow you through the security firewall. Follow the instructions on the Information Technology Divisions (ITD) webpage at: ITD Help document
You must also set your username on your home PC/laptop to match your UL network username, this allows you access to Agresso without using username and password codes.

Accounts Department Overview of Services

The Accounts Department is responsible for the overall management of the financial affairs of the University including:

Preparation and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of the University
Management of the University's Recurrent, Contract Research, Self Funded Projects and Capital Budgets (Capital Cost Centre Setup Form)
Liaison with the Department of Education and Science, Department of Health and Children, Higher Education Authority
Management of the University Payroll function including Post Graduate Scholarship Scheme
Administration of Accounts Payable and Expenses and Accounts Receivable
Administration and collection of Student Fees
Approve funding of official Purchase Orders
Management of Fixed Asset Register
Treasury Management
Management of the University's Financial System
Management of the University's Full Economic Costing
The University's Prompt Payment Statistics
