Applications

Please e-mail your application to Niamh O'Sullivan, ISKS, University of Limerick, specifying the following details:

• Which stream: qualitative or quantitative?
• Your institution and department
• Whether you are an ISSP-funded scholar
• Degree you are studying for, and year (if not student, state position)
• A brief statement of how you expect the winter school to be relevant to your research

Bursaries

There are 10 bursaries of €300, funded by the Instute for the Study of Knowledge in Society (ISKS) U.L. All students registered in PhD programmes are eligible to apply, and the criteria are academic ability and the extent to which participation is likely to be helpful to your research project. Preference will be given to students in ISSP-related programmes, but all are welcome to apply.

To be considered for a bursary, indicate it clearly in your application, and include with that

• A brief CV
• A note outlining how you expect the training to be beneficial, and
• A letter of support from your supervisor (can be included or e-mailed separately)

Deadline: 4pm Tuesday 13 December. Applicants will be informed about their place by 19 December.
