 A human rights approach to development, poverty reduction and women’s rights

This lecture, which is jointly sponsored by
Women's Studies and the Department of Politics,
marks the "Global Week of Action" (March 1-8) to highlight
the importance of women's human rights
and the Beijing Platform for Action (1995) ten years on.
