Waterford Crystal Trophy with a convincing 0-15 to 1-6 win over Cork IT at Claughaun. Lismore player
John Heenaghan was their trump card with a personal contribution of seven points,five from frees.
Despite playing against the wind, they built up a handsome 0-9 to 0-4 advantage in the first half.
