KILKENNY midfielder Bryan Barry landed nine points as Babs Keating's UCD side cruised into the Fitzgibbon Cup semi-finals in Limerick.
The physically stronger Dublin college led by just 0-10 to 0-6 at half-time despite having had the assistance of the wind.
But they upped the tempo after the break, with Barry, fellow midfielder David Hayes, Andy Smith, Tom Fitzgerald and Brendan Murphy
leading the charge. A disappointing UL had to rely on pointed frees from Offaly's Brian Carroll to keep the scoreboard respectable.
