ACCOMMODATION

UNIVERSITY CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION – Kilmurry Village

Kilmurry Village is an attractive riverside village situated on the University campus and within walking distance of the Conference Center (0.5 miles) and adjacent to the new University of Limerick Sports Arena. Accommodation for 4 people will be provided in a 6 bedroomed house with 2 showers and 2 toilets, complete with comfortable lounge and kitchen areas. Accommodation for 6 people will be provided in an 8 bedroomed house, which allows 6 people to share 2 showers and 2 toilets. These houses also have lounge and kitchen facilities. Individuals may also book a single room, sharing facilities with other delegates in any of these houses.

Each house is also furnished with a card telephone and TV. Each room has a 10BASE-T/RJ45 connection available on request. Continental breakfast is delivered to the house each morning and a daily cleaning service is provided. If you wish to share a house, give names of others and we will endeavour to provide a suitable size house.

CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The Conference Secretariat must receive notification of all cancellations in writing.
  2. Cancellations received before May 19th 2000 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellations received after May 19th, 2000 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  4. All refunds will be made after the conference.
  5. Any changes made to booking after April 14th will incur a fee of Euro 20 per alteration.
