ICSE2000: Window on the World - Issue 1

WOW, ICSE’s daily newsletter, welcomes new arrivals this first day of the conference proper! As you know, about half of us have been here the past 1-3 days, participating in ICSE workshops and taking tutorials. Some of these were reviewed in WOW Issue 0, and more will be today and tomorrow.
