Rain in many parts at first but a clearance along the west coast will spread eastwards this morning. Sunny spells will develop but scattered showers will break out this afternoon and evening. South-west winds will be moderate across Munster and Leinster but winds will remain strong and gusty in Connacht and Ulster. Highest temperatures 13 to 17 degrees Celsius.
