Glucksman Library Supporting Research

The Glucksmann Library is committed to supporting the research and information needs of all faculty and students in UL

The University of Limerick undertakes to...

“Further enhance our research profile and strengthen the impact of our research, both nationally and internationally"

UL Strategic Plan 2011-2015

The Library contributes to this objective by providing information skills training and support for all students, from basic Orientation for new students to Advanced Research support for postgraduate students and faculty.

Research Revelations – Realising your research value is part of the Library's advanced Research Skills programme and is tailored for postgraduate students and faculty.

It is a suite of lectures and workshops organised around four modules. With each module focusing on a different aspect of the research process. The courses will be launched in June and will be run regularly throughout the academic year. More information on the courses offered can be found on the advanced research WebPages.

The Library currently provides hands-on training sessions, lectures, demonstrations and e-learning modules. Content and learning activities can be customised to integrate with modules as well as with specific assignments or coursework. For more information on these contact your  Faculty Librarian or Research Support Librarian these or email us at libinfo@ul.ie
